UCI BMX World Championships are in the starting blocks

On 21st of July the UCI BMX World Championships 2019 start in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium.

It will be the event of cycling 2019! At the Union Cycliste International (UCI) BMX World Championships, the best BMX athletes will compete to win the title of BMX World Champion 2019. Toyo Tires is the official main partner of the riders and fans during this exciting week. From training to youth competitions to professional championships, there will be a special spectacle for all spectators.

Toyo Tires started to promote the European cycling in 2017. With the support of the UCI BMX World Championships, the company wants to inspire especially young people for this sport. Power, endurance and demanding driving manoeuvres are characteristics that stand for both BMX sport and the Toyo philosophy. This combination is illustrated by Toyo Tires' logo presence on the start ramp and on the racetrack during the World Championships.

380 meters separate the best BMX riders in the world from victory in the Zolder race circuit. These 380 meters are a ripsnorter. The track is reckoned as one of the world’s best. The race track was designed together with the former French BMX professional Thomas Hammon to challenge world class riders. The best of the best master the track from the eight-meter start ramp over the obstacles and 3 bends in just under 30 seconds.

One of the athletes who will face the championship is athlete Nenaka Nishimura from Team Gan Trigger in Japan. She will participate in the women's championship together with her partner Toyo Tires.
