This year, the tuning show attracted 80,280 visitors over the 3 days of the event. Toyo Tires and Hungarian partner Gumi.hu took the opportunity to present tuned and race cars, never before seen in Hungary. Next to the cars were selected tyres from the Toyo Tires range in custom made presentation displays.

A total of 5 cars were presented at the Toyo Tires booth: a black Mitsubishi Evo and a red GTR sports car, both fitted with Proxes R888R semi-slicks. A pair of eye catching cars from renowned German tuner JP Performance, riding on Proxes Sport 2 made up the tuned car section.

An original Toyota Supra GT4 race car from Team Ring-Racing, which will participate on Toyo Tires in this year's Nürburgring 24h race (1st-2nd June).

All of the cars displayed were popular photo motifs, while the Ring Racing Supra also offered visitors the opportunity to experience what its like to sit in a real racing car.

Visitors to the exhibition were offered a colourful, entertaining program by the organisers of the AMTS as well as the exhibitors. At the Toyo Tires and Gumi.hu booth, a hurricane machine, spinning balls in a high speed stream of air, gave enthusiastic participants the chance to win prizes by competing to collect the most foam balls in a fixed time. In addition, guests at the booth were also able to test their driving skills on the racing simulator, while children could try their hand at painting as up-and-coming vehicle designers.

Off-road fans were able to experience an off-road taxi drive in the outside area. The outside event was powered by Toyo Tires and Gumi.hu with banners around the off-road course. Skilled 4x4 drivers presented the performance of driver, machine and tires in a challenging course. Driving through narrow ditches, it became clear why Open Country M/T tyre has a sidewall tread pattern that not only protects the sidewall from impact damage, but also provides additional lateral grip for traction in mud, sand or gravel.

The Open Country M/T was also used in this year's "Africa Eco Race" rally. Hungarian Rally raid competitor, László Bunkoczi, in his Isuzu D-Max, used Toyo Tires to successfully master the conditions.
